Career Fair Biospain 2012

 

The biotechnology sector continues to attract talent and generate employment to double digits, despite the crisis*. BIOSPAIN 2012 provides a venue where students and industry professionals can interact with biotech companies to explore employment opportunities and with education and training centers (universities, professional schools...) to know about their academic programs specialized in biotechnology. The forum will have a space for exhibitors, company information sessions and a meeting point for companies and candidates (20 minutes each), where job interviews may be conducted.

 

The Biotechnology Career Fair will be held September 21st.

 

Ways to participate:

 

Job-seeker: students, graduates and job seekers from all over Spain to meet with companies offering jobs in the biotechnology sector and education centers that offer specialized training.

 

• Entitled to: access to “Biospain 2012 International Biotechnology Fair” on Friday, access to the Career Fair exhibition venue and the meeting-system with companies (20 min per meeting/interview).
• Conditions: to be registered (free for job-seekers). Limited capacity.

 

Biotech company: biotech companies that have a job offer or want to meet biotechnology professionals for future vacancies.

 

• Entitled to: have a table/booth at the Career Fair, speech (20 minutes)** and candidate meeting-system (20 min per meeting/interview).
• Conditions: to be registered in Biospain 2012.

 

Education center or headhunter: training centers and universities to present education and training programs related to biotechnology (masters, graduate, postgraduate, etc.) and corporate recruiters and head-hunters seeking candidates for its clients.

 

• Entitled to: have a table/booth at the Career Fair, speech (20 minutes)** and candidate meeting-system (20 min per meeting/interview), company name in the Biospain catalog (in the "Career Fair" section) and name with link on the Biospain website (in the "Career Fair" tab).
• Conditions: to be registered in Biospain 2012 + 100€ (50€ for ASEBIO members).
